Multiple things were offered to us in advance of sale (floor mats and post-purchase delivery) but not fulfilled by salesperson(August). Upon follow ups, pre-purchase offers fulfilled. Instead, the salesperson suggested a brand of floor mats and recommended we take an Uber to get our vehicle. 9/8 Follow up. As soon as this review was posted, we were contacted by GM, Todd who was excellent. He even personally delivered floor mats, on a holiday! While it is unfortunate a salesperson did not put in the effort to help us, it is great to know the dealership values feedback. More
