The entire process was smooth. From the time we were greeted in the lot to the time we left. Not pushy or aggressive sales . August, our sales rep, was easy to work with and very detailed oriented. 5 days before my lease ended i came to dealership and completed purchase of the car. Then, VW credit kept asking me to pay monthly bc dealership did not send the final documents to them. I spent two day completed purchase of the car. Then, VW credit kept asking me to pay monthly bc dealership did not send the final documents to them. I spent two day trying to reach financial department with no success. Then, on third day I spoke to them and they promised to provide all documentation. Later I received statement from VW credit to pay disposition fee $425. Why? I purchased the car after lease ended. Two days more were spent to get any word from dealership. They apologized that returned car was not certified and they sold me financial from US bank and I have to disposition fee for what?). Bad experience with their financial department, do not recommend More
