I had a call back right away - Jill was friendly and relaxed- it felt like I was talking to an old friend- not a sales person. She invited us to come in when we were ready. Upon arrival, the car was ready to go, we took it for a ride. When we sat down to discuss further - were able to get a fair trade in price for our trade in.
