I work in the industry and come from dealerships so I am always very weary when purchasing vehicles and I always dread having to do it and deal with somebody who doesn’t have a clue about what I’m looking for or just wants to push extras on me to make an obvious commission bump. These two guys were not that at all. Never once pressured me to make any decisions or to sway me to do this or that. They heard me out, were honest and fair, and made me feel like we were on the same team which is sometimes hard to do in that environment so I really appreciate it and the service these two gentlemen in particular provided. All in all, good experience even on a busy day, but mainly because Jacque and Dave took care of me so well. More

He was incredibly patient, thorough, laid back and transparent. I had severe anxiety about purchasing a vehicle as my credit isn’t the greatest and I’ve never purchased through a dealership. He made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel like my situated was undoable. In fact his customer service was so good that my friend who had already been to coggin Nissan earlier in the week who is the market also has decided she won’t purchase anywhere else. They have an awesome selection new and used, unbeatable prices and a low pressure atmosphere. I am leaving with a 2015 Rogue that I couldn’t be more thrilled with!
