They just barked orders at me and told me to "go over there and wait" pointing down the hall. Documentation was misleading with being quoted one price, signing a pre-work estimate for another price, getting an estimate update on my phone with a third price, etc. Paper floor mats left in my car, the seat left all the way forward so that I almost hurt myself getting in, and all my charging cables were unplugged and just thrown down on the floor.
