My experience was terrible. I bought hundai kona 2023 on may27 after a Month I received bill they mentioned some amount in my bill.I try to talk with dealer they didn't receive I bought hundai kona 2023 on may27 after a Month I received bill they mentioned some amount in my bill.I try to talk with dealer they didn't receive my call .I go there they said we will resolve your issue with in 2 weeks.but still they didn't do nothing.since last Sunday my car engine light came on.The lady who talk with me she was so rude.There service so bad.I talk to them they said you need to get appointment and we have no any appointment available at this time.its only 4,750milage it's new car.Its my first experience it's so bad. More

In February, I purchased a new Tucson Hybrid SEL from Safford & Brown in Fairfax, Virginia, and since then I have been fairly satisfied with the vehicle.. When taking delivery of the vehicle, I r from Safford & Brown in Fairfax, Virginia, and since then I have been fairly satisfied with the vehicle.. When taking delivery of the vehicle, I received a number of documents, but no invoice. When I realized this document was missing, I requested it through Don Barker, the excellent sales associate we had been dealing with, but the financial manager was not responsive to the request and I never got this document. In addition, a few weeks later, I received a letter from Safford Brown telling me that my application for vehicle financing had been rejected, It was all the more surprising as I paid the full price of the vehicle by check. I was puzzled since I maintain an excellent FICO score,so, I asked for the copy of the credit report and the reasons for rejection. I never received this document I am legally entitled to obtain, in spite of multiple requests. I contacted Hyundai Customer Relations service to ask for help, and I even wrote to Mr. Muñoz, the CEO of Hyundai America, but never received an answer. I also wrote to Mr James Gramm, the President of the Safford Automotive group, the owner of the dealership but did not get any answer either. In conclusion, the customer service at Safford Hyundai of Fairfax is very poor and once you have paid for the vehicle, they no longer want to hear from you. Back to my vehicle, I am in general satisfied with it, but I was disappointed to realize that the vehicle is not equipped with the Parking Distance Warning feature, I had assumed I would get this crucial feature on the SEL model. Last month I rented a Tucson Hybrid in France, and although this was a “base” vehicle, it included the feature with warning on the rear and on the front. It was hard to go back to my vehicle lacking this essential feature nowadays, and is available on all competing models. The dealership deserves only one star, but I increased to two stars because Don Barker the salesman was very helpful More

I bought a new 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy from Fairfax Hyundai two weeks ago. Everything about the purchase was solid. Got an excellent deal on the vehicle, and an unexpectedly high $$ amount on the trade Hyundai two weeks ago. Everything about the purchase was solid. Got an excellent deal on the vehicle, and an unexpectedly high $$ amount on the trade-in. No pressure, haggling, deception, or other BS. My sales guy Joe McNulty was straightforward, answered my questions, laid out the options, and got me into the car I wanted. I also got a good deal on an extended warranty, basically bumper to bumper coverage and roadside assistance for 10 years and 100,000 miles, exactly what I wanted. My one brief interaction with the service department was promising and I have a feeling this dealership will work out well for me going forward. We may add a 2nd Hyundai and I'd have no reservations going back to Fairfax Hyundai for it. More

Buying the new Kona. In the past twenty-five years I have bought many cars at Fairfax Hyundai; on March 16th, 2018, I went to Fairfax Hyundai to buy a 2018 Elantra GT, but In the past twenty-five years I have bought many cars at Fairfax Hyundai; on March 16th, 2018, I went to Fairfax Hyundai to buy a 2018 Elantra GT, but at the last moment I saw the new Kona in the showroom and I decided to get it. Joseph McNulty was the salesman. He and the manager did everything to please me; and, I am so happy with the new Kona. It's a great and wonderful vehicle. There are so many reasons for going back at Fairfax Hyundai over and over again; but the two most important reasons are the great and beautiful cars Hyundai makes and the staff at this Hyundai dealership that always make me feel like family. More

Best car buy experience I ever had I have bought many cars in my life. Thomas Kim couldn't have done better. Now the story. I have been leasing a Mazda6 for almost 3 years and it I have bought many cars in my life. Thomas Kim couldn't have done better. Now the story. I have been leasing a Mazda6 for almost 3 years and it was time to start looking for a replacement. The Mazda6 I Touring is nice, but out 2015 had some annoying charachteristics like windshield reflection and a 6-way power seat that you could never get quite right. When I started my search (About November 1) I added the Kia Optima and Hyundai Sonata to my list. I wanted a turbo because I wanted the added performance and a sport-tuned suspension. Of all the cars in the class, I decided to try the Hyundai first because of price. The car had a good reputation and the dealers a not so good reputation. There are three dealers relatively near me. Ourisman in Chantilly auto park had no turbos. Manassas Hyundai would not give me a straight answer on pricing on the phone. The salesman was stupid enough to quote me the non-sales price and at "come in and we will talk." Even when I said to him I had much lower quotes and told him to rethink his pricing, I got no response./ Fairfax Hyundai gave me a very low quote for exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment with Thomas Kim. We went in. The first thing I didc was give him the qujote they sent me on the internet. They stood by it. Mr. Kim gave my wife and I the keys to the car. I drove it 1/2 block and said to me wifem this is what we want. Let's go beck and make a deal. She said drive it some more.. (Smat woman). I did. We went back and I said to mr. Kim, "Let's ta;k numbers". Everything was straight forward. Even the finance guy was nice and not high pressure. We got the car yesterday. We love it. I told Mr. Kim that I would give him a good review and here it is More
