Had a good experience with the salesman, they were able to help me find a vehicle I like. However their service department is exceptionally bad. Bought a part and it has been extremely difficult to get a h to help me find a vehicle I like. However their service department is exceptionally bad. Bought a part and it has been extremely difficult to get a hold of them to get an installation scheduled. Every time I call they say they'll call back and it's just been frustrating. I would avoid at all costs as they don't seem to have the necessary staff to handle simple scheduling. More

Very roomy service center. Only complaint was I was randomly assigned a service advisor, but he was busy so they wanted me to wait even though other advisers were available. I called Toyota one in Oakland with a problem I was having with a airbag message and they got me in right away.
