One Toyota’s one price solution is great and transparent but the actual quality of customer service is terrible. Buy your vehicle there if you want to pay no mark ups but prepare for the terrible service yo but the actual quality of customer service is terrible. I bought new tires. They didn’t install valve stem caps. So I had to return the next day to get them. Then the attendant said some people don’t want them. I paid for new tires, I expect new valve stem caps. They also didn’t put a new sticker on my windshield, reminding me when to return next for service. Maybe they don’t care if I come back. When little stuff like this happens, it means some employees just don’t give a xxxx. More
