Let me start with the fact that I'm 68, turning 69 this month. So Iv been around for awhile and Iv been on quite a few car lots in my years of living. I had my sister who is a retired School Teacher come w month. So Iv been around for awhile and Iv been on quite a few car lots in my years of living. I had my sister who is a retired School Teacher come with me to look at cars. And when we pulled up to the dealership there was no pressure the moment we drove onto the lot and none during our entire experience at Gladstone Toyota. I have to say that I was quite impress with Jaiman who assisted us in my purchase of a new Corolla Cross. (Love the Car) Everyone was very friendly and Polite and Helpful. I was a stranger to them and they treated me with the Highest amount of respect. That say's a lot. I would encourage anyone out they're to give Gladstone Toyota a chance.
