Attempted to coerce me into signing a different contract than the original one I signed the day I bought the car. Higher interest rates, higher monthly payment and 12 months added to the term. When I wouldn’t sign the new contract they physically stopped me from leaving the dealership by parking cars inches from the front and back of the new car. Also, wouldn’t give me the keys to my trade in (because they repaired it without approval from me before securing financing for the new car). This is in violation of the spot delivery agreement I signed. Police were called and I was finally able to leave with my old car safely. Very scary and intimidating situation for a single woman. More

This dealership is awful. They were trying to get me to pay $48,000 on a $25,000 car. They wanted me to pay $680 a month for 72 months as there best offer. Then I told them I was ready to leave and they made me wait 35 minutes before they finally gave me my keys so I could leave. Then the manager kept calling me trying to get me to pay that ridiculous price saying that is the best they can do. He didn't understand the meaning of being done with the deal and was very rude and demanding that I take their "worst" best offer. More
