Marshall Mize Ford is an excellent dealership and generally easy to deal with. My only issue with them is the decree from their finance department to make the customer pay credit and debit card swip generally easy to deal with. My only issue with them is the decree from their finance department to make the customer pay credit and debit card swipe fees. I feel certain these fees have been covered for years as a cost of doing business, just like electric bills or property taxes. All this does is pad their profits in a way that is off-putting to virtually all their customers. More
