Part for windshield washers were ordered and received quickly. Was able to schedule the replacement and repair with Jaime. He had already informed me of the cost of the repair. Marshall Mize Ford is an excellent dealership and generally easy to deal with. My only issue with them is the decree from their finance department to make the customer pay credit and debit card swip generally easy to deal with. My only issue with them is the decree from their finance department to make the customer pay credit and debit card swipe fees. I feel certain these fees have been covered for years as a cost of doing business, just like electric bills or property taxes. All this does is pad their profits in a way that is off-putting to virtually all their customers. More

They were helpful in getting me in to have the service on my 2021 F150 pickup. I didn't have chance during the weekdays because of work.
