Khalifa, Austin, Jaime & the rest of the staff that we dealt with were very nice & helpful. We had to wait for the vehicle to go through "recon" & detailing because they had not done it. We assumed it was to check if anything was wrong with the vehicle. When we picked it up, no one went over any issues with the vehicle & it did not appear to have been detailed. The gas tank was on EMPTY when we drove it off the lot. We found that the back up lights & the license plate light were not working. In AZ, the license plate light is a ticket-able offense. Also, one of the tires was leaking & the tires were out of balance. It would have been nice to at least be advised of the issues. There was no explanation of the vehicle pricing (put this because it asks below.) More
