Total nightmare. Found a used Tundra online and worked with Jaime to buy the vehicle and fly up from Northern California the next day. Jaime picked me up from the airport and informed me that there was a problem with the paperwork. The previous owner of the Tundra purchased a new and applied for financing the balance of the new vehicle. The financing package was sent to a credit union where it sat for days without approval. I completed my transaction with a check and a credit card, filled out the DMV paperwork, and expected to drive off. I was informed that the loan package was still waiting for approval and I would have to stay overnight. Jaime said that Carr Chevrolet would pay for my hotel room. I returned to the dealership the next day and had to wait until about 3:00 pm to get my keys. Just checked my credit card statement and I was charged $141.29 for a stay at the Beaverton Best Western. Not only a grand runaround on the purchase but got stiffed for the hotel room. I asked several times during this process to speak with a manager and was refused. Horrible customer service! More

Jaime was an amazing salesman. He helped us every step of the way as we purchased our Equinox. The whole transaction was very smooth with the exception of one issue that he quickly He helped us every step of the way as we purchased our Equinox. I was told that the warranty recall was covered because I received a letter from GM. Only to be told it was not due to a rebranded title. I was charged $200 for nothing.
