I had called ahead and scheduled a “happy hour” service time (early afternoon appointment). My Service Advisor, Logan waived me in service department drive, greeted me in a positive way and had prepared paperwork for my service. I’m a regular customer, my service didn’t take long. Technician replaced my engine air filter and cabin air filter as recommended. I’d personally recommend CARR Chevrolet to all my friends and family members! More

I went in for normal LOF service after making a same day appointment. They checked me in and had one service request beyond the normal LOF.
