He worked with us over the phone before driving to the dealership. He was prepared when we arrived 30 minutes before closing with keys to a number of trucks we were interested in. He stayed past closing time to help us pick options and finalize the deal. He and the dealership went above and beyond to get our accessories and install them in one day.
