Having previously purchased from other GMC dealerships (less than desirable experiences...), it was time to shop a new dealership group in KC. Will plan to work with Brogden (Jake and Paul) again in 2027 on another purchase. I have also been introduced to the service department, who similarly seem to be top notch. Thank you all! More

We came in to look at mid-sized trucks for my daughter and left with a GMC Canyon . Jake Blackman, who I bought an Acadia from many years ago is still there, so I felt comfortable working with him because of his great knowledge of the vehicles he sells and his pressure free sales approach. He worked with us on getting good value for our trade in too! I work close by, so I really like the shuttle service when I have to bring my vehicles in for service. I know I could get oil changes and tire rotations cheaper elsewhere, but I have confidence that the folks in the service department will excellent take care of me. If you are interested in buying a GM vehicle, I'd highly recommend stopping in at Robert Brogden's and asking for Jake. More
