Jake was amazing! One of the best car buying experiences I have ever been involved with. I have been through a lot of them. Terri in finance was quick but very thorough One of the best car buying experiences I have ever been involved with. I have been through a lot of them. Terri in finance was quick but very thorough. I'm used to waiting an hour or 2 to complete paperwork, but here. If you are looking for a Buick or GMC and don't give Robert Brogden a chance you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice. I drove 4 hours to save $3,500 over my local dealer. I do not give grades for a living but if I did, they would have earned an A+! More

The first one turned out to be damaged so he found another. Because of the year color and options I wanted. There was little to choose from. It took a little while but Jake made it happen. More
