I absolutely love come to Barker Chevy how this time I was a bit disappointed in the service I received. When dropping off my car at the dealership on lunch break for oil change I had stated to the person was a bit disappointed in the service I received. When dropping off my car at the dealership on lunch break for oil change I had stated to the person at the desk that I noticed that my car was shaking a little bit shortly after startup he said he might have someone to look at it, but he was going to let me know when he gave me a call to let me know that my car was done. By the time I got off work and was ready to go pick up my car I had not yet received a phone call, letting me know that my car was done or if they even had a chance to look at the cause of the shaking when I got to the dealership, I asked the people at the payment desk if the maintenance guys had said anything about my car and they knew nothing about it. I was very disappointed.. More

Communication is a severe problem. When I called to get an update, I was told that they would check on it and call me back. That’s a great answer except they never call back so I’m jus When I called to get an update, I was told that they would check on it and call me back. That’s a great answer except they never call back so I’m just left in the dark. When I left my vehicle, I felt it was a good time to put on new wiper blades. I went to parts and selected the blades and ask Service to put them on. They did put them on, but then charge me, or at least tried to charge me $80 to install the wiper blades. The sales department at Barker Chevrolet is fantastic. The service department is not. More

Sold me a 2019 4runner without the emergency brake system,after replacing rear brake pads and rotors. 36,000.00 vehicle that technically shouldn't have been sold . They fixed issue HOWEVER I BEL system,after replacing rear brake pads and rotors. 36,000.00 vehicle that technically shouldn't have been sold . They fixed issue HOWEVER I BELIEVE I WAS COMPLETELY LIED TOO AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF... I'M A 100 % P&T DISABLED VET AM FILING COMPLAINTS with BBB, and the illinois attorney general office. I asked about a buyback was told absolutely no. They offered to give a trade value or something like that. Just another way to xxxx me..... If no buyback as I dont/can't trust this vehicle how about a 10%-20% REFUND OF original transaction.... I will adamantly NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. More
