Scheduled a routine service by phone with the Service Department. When the appointment day came, I had my mother bring my truck to the service department, I'm a GM Employee and was scheduled to work a do Department. When the appointment day came, I had my mother bring my truck to the service department, I'm a GM Employee and was scheduled to work a double shift that day. When she arrived she was told that the appointment was cancelled online, I never cancelled the appointment. But the Dealership made every effort to get the service done that day. My mother had to wait for a few hours, but the dealership was as good as their word. The truck got serviced and was returned in excellent condition. The only reason this wasn't a 5-start review is because of the scheduling issue. This should be addressed before it results in losing a customer over a system issue. The dealership stood by their word, and that is the primary reason I will continue to go to Nye. More
