Jake was great, but had to make extra trips because of paper We had a great experience with Jake and Cynthia. After purchasing the car we had to go to the dealer again because they messed up paperwork. In total We had a great experience with Jake and Cynthia. After purchasing the car we had to go to the dealer again because they messed up paperwork. In total they wanted us to come up there a total of 3 extra times besides when we purchased the car and picked it up. It was a major hassle. But Jake was a great salesman, and wasn't pushy and held the car for us after we decided we wanted it. More

Customer Service We have used the dealership for service on our Honda's since moving to the Indy area 2 years ago. So when I look at replacing my Civic I gave to the Sales team a chance. I was not disappointed. Was treat very well from start to finish. The only negative was the Finance Department. After agreeing to to the purchase, it took over an hour to get into the Finance office to sign the paperwork, which took another 30 minutes plus. More

Got exactly what we wanted at exactly what I wanted to pay I honestly can’t remember the last time we purchased a car from a dealership other than Indy Honda.
