My name is Jake O'Kane and I was born in 1996 in Iowa City. After moving around a lot as a kid we settled down in Hancock Michigan for a couple years where I went to elementary school and my dad worked at the local dealership, Copper Country Ford. After a brief stint in West Bend for two years I proceeded to finish out high school at Fox Valley Lutheran in Appleton. After going to school at UW Stevens Point and UW Fox Valley for two years I found out my father Will would be joining the Klein Automotive ownership group and they would be purchasing Wentzel Ford in Winneconne and that I would be working digital sales and managing our internet services. So now I work in-person as well as manage our online sales, website and social media.

Pleasant small town dealership. It was refreshing working with a small town dealership. I much prefer that over the large ones. 2017 Escape Waukesha Wife was looking for a Ford Escape she found one at Klein went around our area in Waukesha and could not get any dealer to work with us. Drove up to K Wife was looking for a Ford Escape she found one at Klein went around our area in Waukesha and could not get any dealer to work with us. Drove up to Klein and seen the car asked about the price on line and for the year and mileage on Escape the price was lower. On our way up notice my F150 needed an oil change able to get in on a Saturday while the wife was doing the paperwork. I can't believe we had to drive from Waukesha to Winneconne to get a deal and get great service. More

An excellent dealership. I used various internet sites to review vehicles that were for sale that I was interested in. Klein carried the Ford Escape that I was interested in I used various internet sites to review vehicles that were for sale that I was interested in. Klein carried the Ford Escape that I was interested in and they were very competitively priced. I inquired of Klein concerning my trade-in and worked with two representatives who were thoughtful, helpful and easy to work with. I was ultimately able to reach a deal trading in my vehicle on a new Ford Escape. They were very transparent, open and straight-forward on the details of the overall price and fees. I was very pleased and believe I was treated fairly and professionally. I like the dealership. More

Fast easy transaction! They had the vehicle I wanted at a far price. Very easy to work with and took the time to tell me all about the vehicle before I made the 1 1/2 trip t They had the vehicle I wanted at a far price.
