VW of Little Rock provided one of the easiest buying experiences for purchasing a new vehicle. I want to give credit to my salesman, Jake Pitts. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He wanted to make sure I got into the right vehicle at the price I needed to make it happen. And who hasn't left something in their old trade-in. Jake helped me rescue my garage door opener and Drift air freshener before they got away. Jake also spent the time to show me all the new features on our new VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL R line, which is a beautiful ride! I also want to give recognition to the finance guy, Dustin Dyer. He secured a great rate and was 100% reasonable with warranty recommendations. He didn't push for the top tier just because it would increase the sale. He noted the equity in the deal and recommended the most practical warranty for MY circumstances. If you're shopping for a new or pre-owned VW, I would personally recommend letting these guys take care of you. More
