Hello! My name is Jake - I am the finance manager for Lenz Truck Minocqua. I am originally from Kentucky where I grew up in a rural area. After serving in the Army, I started working at a dealership. Life and opportunity eventually led me to Wisconsin, where I now work helping people all over the country find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs, with affordable financing options to match their budget. Overall good experience. The truck I purchased has been fantastic and the price was fair. As an inexperienced buyer, and not local, the process of buying the truck over t The truck I purchased has been fantastic and the price was fair. As an inexperienced buyer, and not local, the process of buying the truck over the phone/email was not as straightforward as I would have hoped. I was sent documents to sign without clear explanation of what it was/next steps. Multiple times I had to call in to get a response to an emailed question/task (when it had been over 24hrs with no response). This included coordinating delivery of the truck after the funds had been wired. Overall would absolutely buy from Lenz again. They are nice and helped me out when I needed a truck. I’m sure an experienced buyer would say the process was great/seamless but, as an inexperienced buyer, I would have appreciated more guidance. More

We had some issue, we thought the deposit would be back to us by now that was a week ago. Also I thought we were supposed to get an email to confirm the IOU for a couple things that needed to be done and h to us by now that was a week ago.
