THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! It all Started with Destiny Rivera, She first came back to me with just what I was looking for. Jake was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered to the letter. He is truly a "Wise-man" when it comes to Audi! Jake is a real Audi enthusiast whom knows the intricate details and operational workings of Audi vehicles! Destiny and Jake were exceptional!! Next up was Chris Bucknell, Chris made it all happen and then some! Chris worked very hard to make sure I got the best financing available to me. I have bought a lot of new cars in my day and never had anyone so thorough, so efficient, and even more than that, worked so well with the bank to get my rate low as possible! He is "The Magic Man!!! Next delivery of the car... Wow!' This car looks like Brand Spanking NEW!!! Actually shocking!!!! Certified Pre-Owed, I had no idea what this all meant, wow I am happy! I have already told everyone that I've spoken to about the Audi West Palm Beach dealership! This type of Team work, going above and beyond just doesn't happen anymore!!! I never met any of these folks before last Friday, but you would have thought I was some kind of super star with the treatment I received at Audi West Palm Beach! Just before leaving Norbey Tobon the Sales Manager touched on everything to make sure I was up to speed and happy. I told him pretty much what I am writing here. There was nothing else he could have done after already receiving the superior treatment which had been affording to, me by his staff! I am honestly astounded at the courteous care and detailed attention that was given to me! After all, I'm just one guy, buying 1 car.
