Pushy to sell and not helful I purchased a car from Jakub who didn't even go and explain the inside of my vehicle and how to use things. We first visited the dealer for a test drive on a used model, but decided on a new one after. Sent Jakub a request for quote via text. He responded quickly with the best quote from among several dealers. We learned later he was not at work when receiving the text but he contacted his manager. When we went back, they made good on their promise. Jakub was attentive and, when he noticed after dealer prep that we had no floor mats, he searched for and installed them on the spot. He had good answers for all our questions. Previously we bought two other cars at this location and each time had a similar experience with the staff here. More
