We just bought a new Hyundai Ionic 6 and worked with sales associate Jalen Ortiz. We thought we hit the jackpot with Jalen because he was so knowledgeable, thorough and was a super nice, friendly and h sales associate Jalen Ortiz. I must say from beginning to end Jaylen help us with the purchasing, not only in person by phone as well he was courteous and explained every step of the process in detail. This is by far the best Hyundai d purchasing, not only in person by phone as well he was courteous and explained every step of the process in detail. This is by far the best Hyundai dealer in Florida. I would also recommend that Jalen be awarded employee of the year. The sales person (Jalen)we worked with was great! Detailing did a horrible job on the car. The seats were still very dirty even though we were there 2 1/2 hours extra for them to clean it.
