Best dealership I've found in Florida! I drove from Tampa because they disclose all the pricing and fees up front with no extra, surprise documentation charges or "dealer packages" added. Jalen Ortiz was super helpful and it was reassuring to hear that several of his family members have been working at the dealership for years. While I waited, I observed multiple staff from various departments coming through the waiting area for snacks and drinks, with a startling number of them stopping to wipe a spill or straighten things while they were there. When even mechanics who seem to be on their break are cheerfully wiping up the waiting room counter, you know it's a great work environment and a good place to do business. I'll definitely look here first when we're in the market to buy again! More
