From the initial email inquiry, my sales person John Oulundsen was able to quickly and efficiently provide me with the information I needed. We were able to communiate via email, I was never “pressured” into a sale. Likewise, all my questions regarding financing and extended warranty options were addressed by Jamal Alkatib. After performing some due diligence, I felt very comfortable with the deal that we structured. On the day of the transaction, or should I say evening!
