I called on Saturday, 4/20/13, to ask if a vehicle I had seen on cars.com was still available. The salesman who answered, Jamal, was very friendly and checked to make sure the mini van was still in stock. W seen on cars.com was still available. When he returned to my call he stated that it was indeed there and that they'd pull the vehicle out for me to come and test drive, which in dealing with other car dealers came as a shock to me. When I arrived we were greeted before we entered the building by a very friendly salesman who went and got Jamal for us. When Jamal came out he was super friendly and explained that he had been working with another customer and that he would have Pierce take care of our needs. Again, we had not had that kind of treatment before from any other dealership and was very impressed that he didn't have us wait around. Pierce, who took over for Jamal, escorted my wife and I to the vehicle which had been pulled out onto the lot for us. He went over the vehicles details, price and was very honest about everything. It didn't take any convincing on his behalf, my wife and I were sold. He escorted us into the building and we proceeded to purchase the vehicle. It wasn't an easy process since my wife and I had our 2 youngest children with us, but Pierce worked hard and fast to get us going and to reach our monthly payment plan that worked best for us. He was very friendly, honest and straight forward through the whole process and that we appreciated very much. Beings this was our third vehicle purchased between my wife and I, it was by far our best experience and would highly recommend either of these gentleman to anyone purchasing a vehicle. More

From the beginning to the end of the purchase Jamal was absolutely fantastic. I initially contacted Kia and promptly received a return call from Jamal about the car I was interested in. I then visited the absolutely fantastic. I initially contacted Kia and promptly received a return call from Jamal about the car I was interested in. I then visited the lot and was impressed by Jama's method of selling. He relayed all the good points of the vehicle while never expressing a pushy method of selling. During the test drive he was very personable in conversation. During the all important process of pricing and trade-on I felt as though Jamal was working for me while balancing his loyalty to his companies interest. In comparison to other dealerships I worked with the trade in was on par with the best offers I was receiving elsewhere. We initially were a ways apart on pricing, and Jamal understood the price range I was confined to and found a way to make the deal work. In summary, the most important thing is buying a car that is affordable, but the next important to me is to feel as though my purchasing experience was enjoyable and leave feeling as all parties involved were satisfied. I believe Jamal checked both of my bullet points. More

My husband and I recently returned from being stationed overseas. We knew the car we wanted to buy, and we had had a positive experience with this particular dealership many years ago when we were in the overseas. We knew the car we wanted to buy, and we had had a positive experience with this particular dealership many years ago when we were in the area before (they did some repair work on our first Kia), so they were one of the places we were considering when we were ready to make a purchase. The Sales Associate was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. We had emailed him from Japan with questions about the car we were interested in, and not only did he answer the questions we asked, but he volunteered information that answered questions we didn't even think to ask. (Such as why it might make more sense for us to buy the Exclaim instead of the Plus with an upgraded stereo and sun roof, which is what we wanted at first - we hadn't even looked at the Exclaim at that point.) While he was in contact with us via email, he didn't bombard us with phone calls or emails, like some of the dealerships we were put in contact with did. Nor did we get the feeling that he was "doing us a favor" just by talking to us about the car we were interested in, which is the feeling we got from another dealership we had contacted. While we would have rather not had to get it with the heated seats and so forth, we do understand (from doing our own search on Kia.com) that this was basically the only one available, other than one that was in a color that we did NOT want, so, rather than wait for another car to become available (and paying for a rental car in the meantime), we opted to get it "fully loaded", and so far, we have no regrets. (And since purchasing the car 3 weeks ago, we have already driven it from MD to OK and back, so lots of road time for "buyers remorse" to have set in...) We are very glad we bought our car from them, and would do so again if the opportunity arose. More

Jamal Allen was very professional and respectful. I felt I could trust him, which is not common when you go into a dealership these days. I would buy another car from him, but I am hoping my car new Camry I could trust him, which is not common when you go into a dealership these days. Jamal was very pleasant and knowlegeable. He gave the best deal possible. Went above and beyond on demontration of the vehicles features. Quick response on calls and questions.
