Had an appointment on Friday and never got a single update on my vehicle. I kept calling, and they literally took the phone off the hook. I ended up having to pay another tow fee just to remove my car update on my vehicle. I kept calling, and they literally took the phone off the hook. I ended up having to pay another tow fee just to remove my car from this disgusting excuse of a business. When I walked in, not one person acknowledged me, and they even handed my keys to someone without asking for identification. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the environment reeks of racism. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate no one should have to deal with this level of disrespect. More
