These guys don't know how to do the transfer listed on the Toyota Financial Services website. Pushkar Bhasin literally waved his hand and telling me to go away. I contacted foons tyson toyota and reserved a 23 tacoma trd sport. I had put a deposit down on truck.I applied for credit online and was approved. When i arrive to dealership i waited alost an hour to get trd sport. I had put a deposit down on truck.I applied for credit online and was approved. When i arrive to dealership i waited alost an hour to get with manager to proceed with getting paperwork by the way the deal was done over the phone. he then proceeded to tell me there was a $500.00 cleaning fee for when my brother borrowed my truck said there was the smell of smoke in truck. I told him this was unaccebtable. He then came back to tell me $250.00 fee i told him that i was not paying that. I then asked him was $250.00 gonna break the deal on a 43,000.00 sale. I was blown away when he said there was no money to be made. Wow i was in shock. i have bought over 60 vehichles in my lifetime and never have i had a dealer tell me there is no money to be made. It is very obvious that either the management does not know what they are doing or just plain Greedy.. Dealers are charging over and above sticker which is not right. I will never darken the doorway of any koons store anymore. My father worked for mr. koons and i know from his experiences that mr. koon would never allow this to happen to a customer. Well i can say they wow me in a bad way. I trull hope mr. koons or upper management reads this and corrects this. VERRY UNNACEEPTABLE SERVICE. Buyer be ware Koons is a high volume dealership and i am in complete shock after wasting 8 hours of my time and fuel to drive 2 1/2 hours each way to be told there is no money to be made.. By the way the sales managers name was Jamal Kahn More

Absolutely terrible to deal with. They strictly follow the dealer handbook off simply trying to get you into the dealer, and then they'll throw all sorts of numbers at you, and fudge They strictly follow the dealer handbook off simply trying to get you into the dealer, and then they'll throw all sorts of numbers at you, and fudge the trade value, and stretch out financing etc. They also followed the code of calling three times before honoring my request for email. To be clear, I knew exactly what I wanted, model, trim, color, options. No trade. They had the car I wanted. I emailed to ask for the build sheet and a detailed out the door price. This is an easy and routine thing for any dealership to do. The rep (Mohammad Ali) gave me a sale price, different from the build sheet and told me + TTL. Just let me figure it out. I can do math, not the issue, the issue was they buried the market adjustment. Were never going to address it. Hounded and hounded and after at least 10 exchanges they gave me a breakdown. His reply was he does business with 100% honesty and because of the market, there's a markup. But would never address it until I forced his hand. Kept saying just come in and we'll work it out and you can see it and drive it. I again told him I'd seen it, I'm buying new, and I know what I want, I don't need to see it and won't be in unless we had a deal. Mohammad told me nobody is selling below MSRP, but he talked to his manager and they agreed to sell to me at MSRP. Yet another common dealer tactic, making you think they're doing something special for you. The following day, the sales manager, Jamal Khan, followed up with me. Said he was following up and asked when I could stop by to check it out. I told him if he'd read the sales person's emails, he'd know that wasn't happening, and what I want. He said he had read it and went on a tangent about the other dealer offering me below MSRP and warning me. (Had found what I wanted in Maryland at an excellent price, was beaten to the dealer and someone bought it, it was $1k under MSRP) I told Jamal I'm not concerned about the other dealer, and asked if he wanted to make a deal. He beat around the bush with yet another volley of emails. Again trying to get me to come in. Finally saying numerous emails later that MSRP was his best deal still, even though I said it was a non starter. And then said if I could come in we could work out a deal. I said no. I don't need to buy a car. And I certainly don't need to buy from them. He then started in with asking about a trade (none) or financing. I said it doesn't matter. He said it does and it could help make a deal (see here how they'd use a trade to make the OTD price seem sweeter). He then asked if I'm a recent college grad or military veteran. Both of these discounts are offered through Toyota North America. So again, they'd pretend they were helping me out. Jamal again ignored my email and just replied with come to our showroom, test drive, and we'll work out a deal. And he replied with, "we call presence a lenience," which anyone with half a brain knows is just so they can get you there and try to overwhelm the buyer and convince them they need this car and throw a bunch of numbers at them. Last thing Jamal told me was, "I am a salesman and its my job to sell. I offered you that I will make it little bit sweeter upon your arrival." I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple weeks. I'm in no rush. I've been in contact with at least 10 Toyota dealers in 4 different states. Mohammad and Jamal were inexplicably the most pushy, and least helpful, all rolled into one. Would not deal with. More
