Dan and the service department went above and beyond today when I pulled in without an appointment with a radio that was making a popping noise (that I had to listen to for 125 miles). Brand new truck has seen the service department a handful of times and the body shop. Way more then it should in only 12 months. Shann Thomas in Service is a gentleman and always remembers me in spite of seeing thousands of customers. Mechanic Jared Manny knows so much about his profession that it's like he has memorized every owner's manual. Their Parts Department has never let me down, and Jamar Brooks always finds me great deals for new tires. If their not in stock, he gets them ordered fast and follows up with a courtesy call to remind me they are ready to be installed. Surprised? John Krieger did a great job explaining the vehicle and showed us all its features. I was convinced that this truck is nice and i would very much consider it but not thinking i was going to walk out with it that night. I am very happy with it and very much like all the features. One thing i wish i would of done was look at one more vehicle at there dealership. I think i would of considered the limited if i was giving a chance. More
