He continued to ensure I understood the process and helped me choose extra options that worked for me without upselling me. I found it admirable that he didn’t try to upswell me but instead related extra tire coverages, upholstery, and warranties/services that I could purchase as an extra cost but might suit my needs. Honestly he’s so personable and professional. Very efficient while conducting the whole process making sure I was able to drive my car off the lot even on a holiday with my agency closed he made it happened!
