My wife and I were so comfortable speaking with Mr. Adamo that we initiated the sale via text soon after. The entire process form beginning to end was streamlined with today's technological advancements, witch helped my wife and I so dearly. We both lead extremely busy schedules with two toddlers and one on the way...and with essentially no time to spare. Just being able to communicate with James via text, email, and phone was just amazing and just what we needed. James made sure to cross every i" and dot every t" never missing a deatil. When we finally met James in person to pick up the vehicle, again... that humility, warm kindnesses, and the assurance that he embodied so effortlessly guided us to our new vehicle with the beautiful red bow for my wife. We had made a previous stop at another Lexus dealer in NJ before we went to DarCars without success. I had seen a car for sale on cars.com where DarCars also advertises so I checked their web site to see if before we went to DarCars without success. Having driven from our home in NY we weren’t too happy about going to Englewood but we did. We were assigned to Mr. Adomo. It was a fortunate assignment for us. He is a pleasant guy, laid back, agreeable and glad to let you look over the car you are interested in without trying to force you into it. We got an acceptable deal and we purchased the car that day. There were a couple of minor glitches that came up a few days after the sale that I asked Mr. Adamo about and they were resolved promptly and to our great satisfaction. This was probably the most painless car purchase we ever made and it is our 5th Lexus. More

I had called so many dealers and made appointments, all of which were disappointing. On the day I bought my car, I went to 4 Lexxus dealerships before Darcars. The moment you walk into Darcars, you can feel the professionalism and you are treated like royalty right from the front desk. James Adamo was waiting outside to show me the car and from the moment I met him, I knew I was in the right hands. His is beyond knowledgable on Lexus cars and a true professional. You just know when you meet him you are getting all the "right" information and you will be taken care of in the way you've never imagined. He exemplifies the old-fashioned respect this industry is missing. He is no pressure and doesn't need to be. Lexus is lucky to have him - he is a stellar representation of who you always felt Lexus was. (My 4 experiences before that were horrendous). If you read a negative review on this site about James, I can tell you it's not true. Customer service is everything to me and both this dealership and James have the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I love my car and the manner in which it was represented to me from start to finish. My expectations are very high, and the service I received was way beyond what I thought existed today, and I am so pleased. I have a wonderful car and had a wonderful experience. Found my dream IS300 here. My family has purchased 2 cars from this location through the years and now I've added 1 of my own to the mix. Would have been perfect if the tire pressure on the car was checked prior, had to take the car back only days after purchasing, turns out the tpms was faulty.
