The best thing I liked about this dealership is that they have a very large variety of pre-owned and certified cars of each model to choose from with a reasonable price too! James sold me Lx 570 2017 not a brand New car but very expensive car $60,000, he said nothing wrong with the car the car is in perfect condition the day or two after I purchased the car I called James and expensive car $60,000, he said nothing wrong with the car the car is in perfect condition the day or two after I purchased the car I called James and told him that wheel is shaking and the car is shaking when I press the brakes on the high-speed he said to bring up the car into the service and they going to take a look at it, once I brought the car to their service department, Service department to recommend the front and back rotors needs to be changed that’s why the whole car and the wheels are shaking, James and his high managers, has wash hands and refused to cover the cost changing front and rear routers cost almost >1300$ even though the car is super expensive so they sold me a car that was not perfectly drivable because Its been shaking while driving on high speeds, it was not noticeable when I test drove the car at first... Very bad move from sales perspective, it’s a big Lexus dealership the car should be in good driveable and almost perfect condition since it’s also very expensive car, and failing to cover the course from the sales point of you, is very poor customer service,,, pointing fingers at service department, very frustrating Thank Gd To Peter, managers and Juan Rodriguez service director from service department that took a burden and understood me, and cover the all the cost... It was very frustrating dealing with sales people because they’re pointing fingers at the service department like it’s their fault...and they work for same Lexus dealership... More
