This was my first experience with Lexus of Englewood. James Adamo was my sales agent for the purchase of a slightly used Tesla model x. He presented my offers to his manager who eventually agreed to compromise on my offer. As I was from out of town I decided to have the car shipped home. The transporters I had called could not guarantee a delivery date and were quoting up to a month delay. James was able to provide me with a transporter that could pick up the car the next day. It did not end there. James came in the next day on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly. Driver showed up 3 hours late and James waited anyway. This was a great buying experience thanks to James Adamo and the entire Lexus of Englewood, New Jersey Team. A true class act experience. More

I’m from Upstate NY and searched a 200 mile radius for months to find the used vehicle I wanted. Finally I spotted a car at DARCARS from a website and James contacted me. It was the absolute best priced v months to find the used vehicle I wanted. Finally I spotted a car at DARCARS from a website and James contacted me. It was the absolute best priced vehicle for the year, make, miles and features I had seen in all of my searching. James answered all my questions and offered to FaceTime me with the car so I could make a decision from a distance. He and the staff helped me with my bank, insurance and NYS DMV so I could drive down and pick up the car the next day. When I got there I was very warmly welcomed and this car with 48k miles looked brand new because DARCARS detailed it so beautifully. I took the car for a good ride, signed some papers and was on my way home. Easiest, turnkey purchase I have ever made, and it was out of state 3 hours away!!
