Also, when we came in person to secure the vehicle, we advised him that we were in a bit of a rush due to work later that evening. He ensured that all the paperwork was completed as quickly as possible and that we would be bumped up in line with the finance department. Overall, we were satisfied with his extremely welcoming attitude and he definitely delivered on price, timeliness, and service. Also, the finance manager, David, went through all paperwork in detail while also mindful of getting us out in time. David also explained the additional service/warranty options but wasn’t overly aggressive in trying to sell it. In the end, we knew we were getting a reliable vehicle so therefore did not opt for any extended warranty. More
