James Wells is fantastic!! James has been flipping my CRV leases for what I believe is the third or fourth time. He is always polite, receptive, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to greatly minimize the typical back and forths before I came to swap vehicles by going over all of the detail beforehand. This minimized my time spent at the dealership. James always keeps his cool with me as I know I am detail oriented and ask a lot of questions. Hope to see James in 2022! More
