Thank you Dave (DJ) & James Welles You Are the Best Nine years ago my husband & I leased our Hondas at Atlantic Honda. Our Sales Rep at the time was Dave Shapiro (DJ). The service he provided was super Nine years ago my husband & I leased our Hondas at Atlantic Honda. Our Sales Rep at the time was Dave Shapiro (DJ). The service he provided was superb. No wonder 3 yrs. later we returned to see DJ about a new lease he told us he was promoted to Finance Manager. Go DJ!!! He recommended James Welles to be our new Sales Rep. James has been a blessing and has gone out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. We just got a new lease and because of DJ and James we will be back in 3 years. If there was a higher rating than 5 Stars, I would give it to these 2 men. Thank you DJ and James. More

If you overpaid your payments make sure you have your proof. It's up to you to prove that you paid more than you should have because they will act like no extra payments were made and will not return your call. More

Excellent customer service! I met with James and told him exactly what I wanted to buy. He let me test drive the car and we easily came up with a fair price and I was able to tak I met with James and told him exactly what I wanted to buy. I’ve been to a few car dealerships, and at Atlantic Honda, They know what they’re doing. They gave me a fair price and were clear and didn’t pressure me at all! More

Outstanding service Rick Alessi, Dave Shapiro, James Wells, and Brianna...all wonderful people giving first rate customer service. They handled my lease turn in and delivered my 2016 CRV-EX I purchased. James has the patience of a Saint as I was back and forth over the last 4 weeks of how I was going to handle my turn in. I had gone to Nardy Honda as well and for the 2nd time, I walked away from Nardy and went back to Atlantic Honda. Atlantic's customer service is 100 times better than Nardy will ever be! More

Great Personable Service A few weeks ago, a drunk driver smashed one of my cars through my other car while parked in front of my house; totaling them both. I shopped around at a few dealerships and what was an extremely stressful time, James treated me like a human being instead of a sales number like the other dealerships that I had visited, James treated me with complete understanding and sympathy of my situation; taking his time to listen to what I needed and then going over all of my options to get me to where I needed to be. Besides the great price, one of the main factors to me deciding to go with Honda is the fact that when I told James that I needed to go home to discuss things with my Wife, he let me leave without harassing me and trying to pressure me into a deal. I went home, spoke to my Wife, she went down, met James and took a look at the cars and sure enough, I was back two days later to finalize everything. I am truly thankful to James and the whole Honda team for helping me though a tough and stressful situation. Thank you!! More

James was easy to talk to, and he helped to get everything done as quickly as possible (Motor Vehicle Dept. took the most time) so we could be on our way with our new vehicle.
