My sales man James Wells and the finance manager were both very professional. Yes I will go back to make another purchase for my younger grandson as well with in the next 2 years. Best car buying experience I ever had! This was the best car buying experience I ever had. It all started with Sharyce the Internet coordinator. She responded to an Edmund's quote reques This was the best car buying experience I ever had. It all started with Sharyce the Internet coordinator. She responded to an Edmund's quote request. I told her how much I wanted to pay and she went to her manager and got me my price. She handed me to James Andrew Wells, the salesman. He was the best. He located the color I wanted and coordinated the accessories. He kept me informed every step of a the way. I was able to apply for the financing on the Internet. I was very nervous that everything seemed so easy. It was all handled by email or over the phone. I asked questions about getting an extended warranty so he gave me over to Dave the finance manager. They couldn't meet the quotes I got from other dealerships. He apologized for not being able to meet the other quotes. I was very worried that something was going to go wrong once I got to the dealership. It went great. There was no pressure. James showed me all about my new car. I don't remember thie name of the person I signed the financing but I must commend him , he told me that Atlantic was a different kind of dealership. They wanted to make it a good experience. I felt very comfortable driving it home. My husband passed away last year so this was the first time I handled this by myself. Everyone I came in contact with was great. I have the car home and I love it. I can't thank them enough for the fabulous worry free service. More
