Lack of professionalism and courtesy to listen customer and discuss an alternate solution that satisfied the business need. 4. Unduly of a Director to carry himself in that manner 5. Threatening that if not done the way he was demanding the deal had to be canceled. Coercing to expose myself to a threat (by removing my fraud alert) to meet internal standards when the lender had already approved and cleared the vehicle financing. Julie (Sales Consultant) very helpful, friendly, and worked with me to get a great deal on a Toyota 4Runner. She had the cars I wanted to look at parked upfront when I got there. Plus she put a rush on worked with me to get a great deal on a Toyota 4Runner. She had the cars I wanted to look at parked upfront when I got there.
