Jim went out of his way to help me get just the vehicle I wanted and went beyond to help lower my payments by going threw a bank. There is nothing better then a sales man who listens to your want and needs and gets you just that. Even beyond his service the next day he calls me to make sure I still like the 2013 ford escape and I explained the "mkey" limited me for radio volume control and not speed control Jim went above to show me how to remove these features so I can enjoy all my new had to offer. Last minute decision My husband and I were debating on whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle and take on another payment rather then stick with the "lemon" that w My husband and I were debating on whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle and take on another payment rather then stick with the "lemon" that we currently own. We went to Lee Auto in Bangor, Outer Hammond Street and looked at a couple of cars. Overwhelmed by the stress of making a decision, we decided to head home and to put money into the car that we had. The next day Jim called my husband with more car choices and asured us that he could work with us to get us in a car on the budget that we originally set. We headed back over to the dealership to look at a few more options and look over the numbers. We took a test drive and right away was estatic that we were able to purchase the vehicle and have it be in our budget with the help of Jim and the sales manager. We have had such a great experience with Lee that I would reccommend them to anyone. They work really hard to get anyone in a vehicle. Thank you for everything. We made a great last minute decision! When I told him how I felt about certain vehicles, he did not try and con me into those vehicles. He listen to what I needed what I wanted and did everything in his power to get me that. And he will be the perfect car. I have no regrets, and couldn't picture more perfect vehicle. other dealership would approve me. I made some bad choices a couple years ago and I lost everything and I had two vehicles repoed. I've got my life back on track. And we gave me a chance and for that I am extremely grateful. More
