He mentioned a search In Toyota Hanlees website w/ regards to our 2015 Rav4 A phone call one Saturday morning from a person working @ Hanlees hilltop. He mentioned a search In Toyota Hanlees website w/ regards to our 2015 Rav4 LE trade-in value the night before and that my wife was interested to trade it to a 2018 Rav4 Hybri/White in color. He asked us to swing by if we have the time & that he has the suv that she’s looking for. We went to the dealership & asked for James. Right away he went & got the suv from the back of the lot, let her test drove it, explained the new features & couple of hours later took the Hybrid home..It wasn’t on our plan to trade. We’re happy w/ our LE Rav4 but she’s happier w/ the Hybrid. Thanks James Benavides & Hanlees Hilltop Toyota. More

Kept me waiting 3 hours We decided on a car and price and paid cash, but Hainlee kept me waiting 3 hours just to finalize the deal. Of that time, only 15 minutes were spent We decided on a car and price and paid cash, but Hainlee kept me waiting 3 hours just to finalize the deal. Of that time, only 15 minutes were spent with the financial person. After we paid for the car, the salesman said he would fill the tank with gas. That took 45 minutes!! I felt like they had no respect for me and my time. More
