Ed Martin Toyota Noblesville always takes care of my problems. Rather is routine maintenance or repairs. They are always fast friendly and professional. Eric Hickerson is my new service manager he is n problems. Rather is routine maintenance or repairs. They are always fast friendly and professional. Eric Hickerson is my new service manager he is newer but he did a great job with communications and following through with all service work performed. My service advisor Brianna Sumner is no longer with Ed Martin and Eric has picked up where she left off. Again Ed Martin has always taken care of any of my issues. I have purchased nine vehicles from Ed Martin and they are the only car dealer that I will deal with and Toyota is the only manufacturer that I will buy at this time. I’ve run into several situations where tires, brake or other issues were wrong from the manufacture that was not Ed Martin’s fault and they’ve always taken care of these issues. I will only purchase, have services and repairs From Ed Martin Toyota Noblesville. Sales, service, service manager, sales manager and finance manager top notch. More

Brianna Brown has been the best service advisor for me! She always went above and beyond for my needs. When things went wrong on a set of tires out of her control she took care of it. Tires came in wrong a She always went above and beyond for my needs. When things went wrong on a set of tires out of her control she took care of it. Tires came in wrong and she got the correct tires and took care of the price difference of several hundred dollars. Another time issues on service work where lug nuts and studs broke and she took care of cost for my extra long wait and unexpected issues. She always gets it right and goes above and beyond. Thank you Brianna. I been a satisfied customer for ten years and 8 vehicles at Ed Martin Toyota. Great service, sales and management! More

The service department was extremely helpful during my time there. James Beveridge provided me with so much help as I asked so many questions, he went above and beyond to answer my questions or at least f time there. James Beveridge provided me with so much help as I asked so many questions, he went above and beyond to answer my questions or at least find and provide me with answers on the spot. This in my eyes shows great customer service skills and the wanting to help a customer with many concerns. In the end I made my choice based on the facts and answers laid out in front of me, which helped me to come to ease with my decision making and choosing Ed Martin as my new place to service my many vehicles from here on out.
