This dealer couldn't be worse. When I texted them to ask a question, the phantom guy set up an appointment and when I went there, they never heard of him. I was looking for a used Kia Soul, but she tried to convince me to lease their only new one, I would save a lot of money. Well, after checking out my trade-in, she came back with some outrageous figures that were almost $500 a month. After 48 months, I would be paying $21,000 which was the list price for the car. Oh, no, she said, you have to add $5000 on top of that. Okay, I understand the market (although Danbury Kia is only adding $1,000). But then, here's the kicker. When she came back, she didn't mention my trade-in. That was already built in to the lease price. Their business manager didn't have the courtesy of giving a trade in number. When I asked her what it was, she said she didn't know. She went to ask and the number was $1500--$5000 BELOW what it was worth. So they were screwing me on both ends!!! Unfortunately, I frequent a restaurant right across the street and have to see their ugly shop. More

Mud all over the interior, and ashes on the seats from the help using the car for joy rides. I relied on the vehicles reputation (Land Rover) and low miles (3000) and purchased the car. Northeast Kia said the registration would take 3-4 weeks. It was 4 weeks before they even sent it to my state to get registered. The temporary plates expired, and we were not able to use an illegal car on the streets in our state. So it sat in the garage. I had requested a loaner, or a rental. The managers wouldn’t take my calls, hung up on me, and wouldn’t return emails (RUBEN, James, Jumani). At 7 weeks they finally agreed to a $25 per day rental. The minimal charge for a rental car is $90. Kia national didn’t want to help because the car wasn’t a KIA. I don’t know their manufactured vehicle, but do you know what is the cheapest vehicle you can rent for $90? A KIA. That should tell you something. They don’t care about customer service, or you after they sell a car. That should tell you what kind of dealership this is. Awful! BTW, I finally received a registration at 8 weeks. Avoid this dealership! More

I searched for the exact vehicle that I wanted for 3-4 months. I found it on Autotrader.com, listed at Northeast Kia in White Plains, NY. I put a deposit on the car, and made an appointment for the next Saturday. I drove the 2 hours with a certified check in hand. I knew I was buying this vehicle, and so did they. I met with Luis Garcia, very friendly, knowledgeable, and came to the table ready to negotiate a fair deal for all concerned. We hammered out the deal in no time, and got the paperwork started. I have to say, i used to be in this business, there is no more stressful job to have. The dealership I worked at would usually take 6-8 hours from start to finish. They had me out the door in a little more than 2 hours, on a Saturday, surely their busiest day of the week. That credit goes to the Finance Manager, James Blloshmi. What a pleasure, he explained everything I was signing, and made sure I was comfortable with all of it. I highly recommend both Luis & James. Believe it or not, I never felt pressure or that I was being lied to. My only complaint is the parking lot, tiny and difficult to navigate. Mostly because, there’s always room for improvement. If you like no nonsense, friendly, knowledgeable service, Northeast Kia is where you should consider buying your next vehicle. More

Reggie was unbelievably helpful. Anytime I had a question he got back to immediately. In addition, my car came in way early. I think Reggie gave me a slightly later date because of the possibility of supply he got back to immediately. In addition, my car came in way early. I think Reggie gave me a slightly later date because of the possibility of supply network issues due to Covid. Ask for Reggie when you get there. In addition, James in finance was very helpful. I went back to the dealership because I didn’t fully understand the numbers on my invoice. It’s hard to understand everything because you are touching a computer every time you had to sign each document. He wrote up the numbers for me on paper when I got back and he patiently described what each number meant. James also is not a high pressure salesperson. I signed up for an electrical system warranty which I decided later I did not want. He refunded the money to me instantly when I got back. More

After a very difficult car-shopping experience and spending hours and hours at other overpriced dealers, Northeast Kia was finally the only one able to work out a reasonable deal with me. Reggie w spending hours and hours at other overpriced dealers, Northeast Kia was finally the only one able to work out a reasonable deal with me. Reggie was fantastic, and more importantly, he got the deal done, which is what matters most. I'm a pain of a buyer to please and also had a difficult situation to navigate, but Reggie stuck with me and the finance department made it happen. After negotiations, my insurance company really dropped the ball and it took 3 hours on the phone to transfer insurance, but Reggie stayed 2 hours after closing to see me through. So props to the man. I just feel bad I kept him from other clients and possible personal engagements. He didn't complain or seem bothered, so I appreciate that. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a kiss your @$$ dealership, which I like. Not a lot of bs scripts and young, "hotshot" sales people. Just people who want to make money and get you in the car you want for a price that make sense. I would definitely recommend Northeast Kia and Reggie. More
