STAY AWAY!! !.. The vehicle sold to me had not been serviced when it was handed over, I as promised multiple repairs. (the dealer never took responsibility). Did !.. The vehicle sold to me had not been serviced when it was handed over, I as promised multiple repairs. (the dealer never took responsibility). Did not even do an oil change before selling the car!!! This is their “AWARD WINNING SERVICE TEAM!!”. By the way, the finance company does not obligate you to buy an extended warranty nor a rims and tire warranty, in exchange for the loan to be approved - JAMES in finance will LIE to you and tell you that it’s required. After 6 months and multiple calls to KIA National, this dealer still hasn't responded the refund request for the RIM and Tire Warranty which I was forced to buy. Note: they have caller ID so they will not answer your calls when they have to take responsibility for something.. bunch of LAIRS! do yourself a favor .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I gave them 1 star because I can’t give them negative 5 stars More

Amateur Hour Delivery of my vehicle was a complete s--t show. Cannot begin to describe how unprofessional they are. Completely not prepared for a scheduled deliv Delivery of my vehicle was a complete s--t show. Cannot begin to describe how unprofessional they are. Completely not prepared for a scheduled delivery. No car on site, no paperwork, car not prepped thoroughly, no gas, no second key. 3 hours for a 30 minute process. No follow up by dealership. Should I go on? More

Happy with the service they provided Northeast Kia was excellent! They did everything they could and succeeded to fit our needs with the type of vehicle we wanted. Great service when buying, very horrible after, don't bother Kia Northeast does not follow up with their customers. I have been making calls for 5 weeks and no one calls back. I am owed as per our contract a sec Kia Northeast does not follow up with their customers. I have been making calls for 5 weeks and no one calls back. I am owed as per our contract a second key for my car which I brought in 2018 and am still waiting for my second key. I have left messages with Nick and James there and no response. In addition, I have referred several people to this dealership because my shopping experience was great, but their customer service after they got your money is definitely a turn off and I will no longer refer folks or buy my next car here. More

stolen deposit I have been buying cars from this kia for years with EXCELLENT customer service, until recently. I went in with my youngest brother to get him a car. I have been buying cars from this kia for years with EXCELLENT customer service, until recently. I went in with my youngest brother to get him a car. His credit was not the greatest and he had no down payment at first so the finance manager suggested after running the credit a few times to come up with a down payment. A few weeks went by and after getting $1600 dollars, we went back to service my car and get my brother a car. I sat with James B finance manager about a problem with my warranty on my only 6 month old car but also spoke about my brother getting a car, he went to deal with service for my car so we sat with a salesman Reggie unknown last name. He showed us a 2015 Kia soul on his computer, when we went outside to physically look at it he suggested giving him the deposit he will go work with James to get the deal done. I admit i was in a rush to get to work so i didnt pay attention to detail, he came back out and said we are good to go he will call us when everything is ready. A few days later he called and said James could not get a deal done but told us to go to Greenwich Honda and meet with Chris P he would be able to get us a great deal. We asked about our deposit and he told us we would get it back with in a few weeks. I had no reason to believe this was false because as I stated earlier i bought more than 5 vehicles from this Kia, but never had a deposit returned because a deal could not be done. Either way after going to Honda in less than 2 hours driving off with a car, both Chris P and Jordan David from Honda diligently tried to help us get our deposit back because it was supposed to be returned with in one day. Fast forward to now when calling apparently Reggie was fired and the sales manager Tony is no longer there. When speaking with James he stated we should have never gave Reggie the money, and it is out of his hands. I want to point out i am not a bitter or angry customer because of this one sale. I am angry because now my deposit is lost and no one has any answers for me. More
