Hi, My name is James Brooks and I am a car fanatic. I have owned a vehicle from practically every manufacturer there is, but I have become a Toyota aficionado. I am originally from Chestnut Hill, PA but I now reside in the Chester Springs area. I attended Norwood Academy, La Salle College High School, Temple University and Penn State University. My degrees are in Communications, Marketing, Finance and Electrical Engineering. I previously worked in broadcasting at KYW TV3, and QVC, Inc. as a Producer/Director and Sales expert. I am married with 2 children and 2 Grandchildren & they are my blessings. We have 2 rescue dogs that are a blast. My hobbies include music, as I am Bass Guitar player, classic cars, antiques and HD Video Production. After totaling my poor 2015 4Runner, I knew I wanted another. I did some major shopping and found a great deal in MD. Before heading down there from Philadelphia, I made one final call to Sloane of Malv another. I did some major shopping and found a great deal in MD. Before heading down there from Philadelphia, I made one final call to Sloane of Malvern and lucky me helpful James answered. James matched the price with not only one 2021 4Runner but 2 of them. I was super excited about the price, I agreed to drive out to Sloane Malvern instead and same day. James had both gorgeous 2021 4Runners lined up out front when I arrived early for my appointment. James saw me in my rental car and kindly came out to greet me, which was especially nice during COVID. With no pressure, I settled on one as he assured me would happen and I had my brand new 4Runner. He even dealt with the return of my rental. James truly made my dreadful car buying fear laughable, he was AWESOME TO WORK WITH!! Thank you again James:) LF More
