Employees are always kind and helpful. I encountered Madison (?) at the service center desk last time I was in for my 1st service. Madison was polite and helpful w any questions I had. Sales Manager Jame Buckner was great to work with. Professional and no xx. Made deal quick and easy and listened to what we wanted and we came to a deal that we were happy with. Sales person Mich Professional and no xx. Made deal quick and easy and listened to what we wanted and we came to a deal that we were happy with. Sales person Michael Moore was awesome. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond our expectations. We would ask for him for our next purchase. Finance gentleman-forgot name. Again, great service. This being our third purchase from WJ Subaru we have never had a bad experience. As far as we are concerned this is the only place to buy a car. I would recommend starting here, even if it’s not for a Subaru. They genuinely care about the customer. Thank you, Jason & Dana Helle Both retired Navy. More
