My sales consultant, Pedro, was friendly and efficient, and I especially appreciated the straightforward closing process with no pressure to buy aftermarket products. Additionally, Yaro was very helpful in quickly resolving an accounting error regarding a double-charged deposit. I have a few notes for improvement regarding coordination and transparency. I had to return to the dealership twice for registration and inspection, which felt like an extra visit that could have been avoided with better planning. Furthermore, I opted for a loan over cash based on a recommendation to assist with end-of-month goals and a promotion. While I was informed I could pay the loan off at any time without penalty, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the interest that accrues daily between the purchase date and the payoff date. Overall, I received great service, but I hope to see more clarity on financial charges and better logistical coordination in the future. More

Wow! !!! My wife and I were inquiring about new Toyota Grand Highlanders. When we entered the showroom, we were greeted by the General Manager, James Cal !!! My wife and I were inquiring about new Toyota Grand Highlanders. When we entered the showroom, we were greeted by the General Manager, James Calihan. Such a positive, no pressure, laid back greeting! James sat down with us immediately and answered all of our questions. We decided to check out 4 possible models. Simultaneously, our car was being checked out for trade in value. Great multitasking and use of valuable time. Sometimes, the best you can expect is to be treated like family. We felt like we were treated like royalty! There is a reason James Calihan is the general manager. The next person we met was Scott Vachon. Scott showed us the 4 models. Product knowledge was over the top. Scott demonstrated every feature. Our test drive was amazing! It gave us plenty of time to experience the comfortable ride and many features. Great response and power! My wife and I had a small private chat and decided to buy the Grand Highlander Platinum Edition. The process was seamless. We also bought the extended warranty, and the tire and wheel policy as well because those rims and tires are expensive to replace. We could not be happier! Thank you all at Parkway Toyota! I had a great experience with Parkway Toyota of Boston after an initial disappointment. I had went there to complete a deal on a vehicle that we had previously agreed a price and set up an appointment for after an initial disappointment. I had went there to complete a deal on a vehicle that we had previously agreed a price and set up an appointment for, but on getting there, I was told the vehicle was sold before my arrival but the GM; James Calihan, GSM; Tomas Sanchez ensured I got another similar vehicle within a week and even gave me more discount than the previous one to compensate for the earlier disappointment. The registration process was handled smoothly and they did not try to force any ads on on me. The sales rep, David Demosthene, who took charge of the deal completion was also helpful with his communication. Making customers happy is very essential in keeping a customer, irrespective of whether a deal is completed or not, and they have proved that with my experience. More

I hate being hustled. In sum, I was not looking forward to buying another car. Yaro came up to us and I was already prepared to walk out because like I stated, I hate being hustled. But his friendly demeanor was so hard to be angry at. I gave him a chance. Long story short, he and his supervisor (James) were complete gentlemen with me despite my highly agitated post-concussive state. He brought us water, asked about my health, and then went to work prepping our intended car for a test drive. Yaro and his team made this accident recovery process less painful and enjoyable. If I were ever required to purchase another vehicle (which, Lord have mercy I hope not!) , I would not hesitate for a second to return to Yaroslav (his full name). Yaro, you changed my bias on car salesmen. THANK YOU. More

I'd give them no stars if I could. On 11/13/2024 I received a call from Parkway asking if I would like a free oil change because I was a loyalty member. I also wanted my brakes looked at and the blower motor is making a whining noise. I received this in response and I decided to go ahead with only the oil change. I even called once again to confirm it was going to be free after seeing the estimate and was told it would be. As i arrive to pick up my vehicle I was met with a charge for an oil change? I was upset and Ron said a manager would reach out to me. I went home discussing options about my valve stem. I called and scheduled for this AM for a valve stem. When I got there I was told I would also need a sensor at a very extensive cost and they wondered if I knew of anyone ordered the part I would need???? First off, I'm confused as to why this wasn't mentioned previously and why I wouldn't be quoted for it but also why would I have any knowledge on your product ordering? If you knew braking the cap meant breaking the valve stem AND the sensor, it should have been quoted. I am upset. If this is how you treat customers, they have a right to know you absolutely do not care about their property and/or their peace of mind when you do have their property in your hands. The lack of communication in this establishment is beyond appalling. Bad service, bad communication. 0/10 More
