Excellent New Car Purchase Experience Jim Christy and Michael Duda provided excellent customer service for me today! With this being my very first car purchase I did not know what to expec Jim Christy and Michael Duda provided excellent customer service for me today! With this being my very first car purchase I did not know what to expect. They both welcomed me and made me feel like I was just hanging out with the guys. They made me feel completely at ease with the whole process from start to finish. Their entire staff including Kevin and Steve were extremely personable and helpful. They made sure all of my choices were honored and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be referring family and friends to them! Keep up the great work guys! More
